Getting better everydaysubmitted by Tiara G. - |Recommended: YesThey don't bother or harass you and they give notice when something is about to be done in or around your apartment.
Affordable and easysubmitted by Edward W. - |Recommended: YesDefinitely can hear your neighbors, but I'm busy enough that it's not a major issue. Dope pool.
Noisesubmitted by Kristin P. - |Recommended: YesMy neighbors are extremely loud and I have called the cops prior and I have complained about the smell of weed however it'll stop for a week then start back up again which is disappointing because I have a three year old.
Minus a few things, this is a nice place to live. submitted by Shannon M. - |Recommended: YesI would tell them that when you need maintenance, no one communicates with you on the status of things. You never know if someone has been to your apartment to look at the issue or not unless it's fixed or unless you are home at the time they come. Since I am never home when they come, I never know and I end up getting tickets closed for issues that aren't resolved. I have had a leak in my apartment since November. It is now February. I would also tell them the walls are incredibly thin, so be prepared to hear people talking, listening to music, or even watching tv, and seriously hope you don't have people who fight constantly around you. Luckily, I don't, but it's a bit crazy that I can hear the kids running constantly all day evening, I can even hear what they are saying in the apartment above me. The parking is horrible. If you want a good spot, make sure you are home no later than 7pm. However, Michael in the office is very polite and while I hate that the complex doesn't communicate with me about my leak issue, it's not his fault. However, there is a very rude woman working in the rental office who will ignore you when you come in, so be prepared to wait until someone else comes in.

response from property -Thank you for the 4 starts! Kindly, Management
Improvingsubmitted by Alexandra B. - |Recommended: YesI've had no issues and nothing questionable has occurred to my knowledge. People pretty much leave you alone. Maintenance issues are mostly handled quickly and professionally. Not a bad place to live. I'm working on my 3rd year.
response from property -Thank you for the 4 stars we are improving and make lots of positive changes and improvement for the residents! Thank you, Management
Great for a budgetsubmitted by Stephanie B. - |Recommended: YesI have lived here for a few years and it's good for family on a budget. Friendly neighbors, great pool, plenty of parking. New owners are renovating so it will be better soon but currently under construction.
Great locationsubmitted by Robert P. - |Recommended: Yesexcellent maintenance
Ridiculoussubmitted by Taysia C. - |Recommended: NoThis new management company seems to just want money or they're trying to make this a high-end community. I've been at this complex now for almost 5 years and there have never been so many fees until now. Fees for trash Nobody is coming to my door to get it, I walk it to the dumpster. Pet rental fees W o me, the pet wouldn't be here and I'm already paying rent I'm renting the apartment, not my pet. And I'm not renting my pet. Now a convenience fee for making my payment online directly from my bank account It's not a credit card so this is ridiculous. My employer was on the list of preferred employers when I first moved in and now that they don't get many applicants who work there, im being penalized and my rent is increasing. My A C doesn't always work in the summer and they won't consider it an emergency to fix after hours even though it's 90 degrees inside. And don't let there be mold that grows because of itit's automatically your fault. Heat goes out in the winter and there have to be multiple calls to fix that too. Not to mention the elephants living upstairs. I can't wait to move to a community that actually seems to care about its residents and not just the money they can make off of them
response from property -We're sorry to hear your opinion about the new ownership/management. We understand change can be difficult for most people and yes we have made lots of changes. We have been working hard on making lots of upgrades around the property for our residents. As I'm sure you understand with those updates and changes does put a stress on the current staff to assist in executing the work. Our Preferred Employer Program is different then the prior ownership, we are always re-evaluating the list. I'm sorry your current employer is not on the list, we will have to look into that. I've worked with the prior ownership and the Preferred Employer Discount was a move-in promotion and could be completely removed at renewal time, unlike the new ownership which gives a one-time discount every year for residents that work at one of the EPP! As you stated you have lived here almost five years, I'm confident you have had more positive then negative experiences while living at Hunters Crossing. If there any concerns that I can help address, please come into the office or give us a call. We thank you for renewing your Lease for another year and we hope to provide more positive experiences and you can feel that we care about our Residents! Thank you, Management
Very good property parking is not so goodsubmitted by Denise C. - |Recommended: YesIt's not bad to live here
response from property -Thank you for the 4 stars! Understandable, yes some areas can be tighter with parking then other areas. Once we finish the original spec of needed updates and improvement, we are hoping to try to plan out ways to provide extra parking. Kindly, Management
I think this property has great potential just needs certain things to be updated not just fixing as a cover up submitted by Kevin G. - |Recommended: Noi like it its affordable and you pay for what you get
response from property -Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We have been make lots of upgrades and improvements on the property, as I'm sure you can see. Some upgrades are cosmetic and other improvements might not be a pretty visual update, like insulated the attics. Thank you, Management

Good for temporary livingsubmitted by Roslyn F. - |Recommended: YesLived here on two separate occasions, a total of almost 4 years. Had better outcomes than other renters. It shad served its purpose on an ok place to rent until you move on. Luckily the place is under major renovations for 2018, i see a positive change coming
