|Recommended: YesDecent — it’s very do able for the price and location is honestly not bad. Depends on who your neighbors are in your building, and where your building is located because there usually a lot of foot traffic through the building. Parking ABSOLUTELY SUCKS in certain areas. YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS CONSTANTLY
|Recommended: YesMy apartment stays cold even with the heat on — It’s ok
|Recommended: YesAverage — I can hear all the noise from my neighbors upstairs and it’s so annoying.
|Recommended: NoOkay — The apartment is fine if a bit expensive for what it is. Maintenance people are nice but it tends to be slow. The management does not do well responding to messages from the residents.
|Recommended: YesLoving home — It depends on what building you are. If you are close to multiple buildings you get to see, hear, and know people. If you are in a building that is far from others you get peace, quiet and you have space for parking . Pet friendly, but be careful with big dogs .I wish that we had security codes to get in the main building. I live in a building where people tend to go inside for short cuts. It can be 11 pm and you can here people going in and out the building and they are not the neighbors that live in the building, but other people that live in a diferent building. I wish there was sign of no smoking inside buildings. When I'm in my own bathroom I tend to smell smoke and as if someone is smoking Marijuana. I don't like that because I have asma, and I can even smell it through the air conditioners. But other than that I love it here.
|Recommended: NoIts good and quite — The Gas is the problem in this house
|Recommended: YesGood — Good
|Recommended: YesI like the area — It’s a nice area to be around if you need to get to anywhere stores are around . Maintenance kinda help but could be better
|Recommended: YesIt’s nice — This is a nice neighborhood fairly quiet everyone stays to themselves
|Recommended: YesGood — Good
|Recommended: YesVery nice quiet community with plenty of stores in the area — The gym is super nice, the pool area is nice, there's a nice play area for kids, plenty of parking, they have a lounge room with internet for people working from home or doing school work, a nice laundry room, there's a nice public library a mile away, a car wash right at the entrance, there's an Outback Steak House walking distance away. There's all kinds of stores, banks, credit unions in the area, and the staff is very responsive from my brief experience.
|Recommended: YesPretty decent — Walls are alittle to thin between apartments can hear everything above me and super loud foot steps making the floor squeak.
|Recommended: YesDecent for the price — Overall you pretty much get what you're paying for. Living space is average, and maintenance is nice but can take some time and nagging to get done. Office takes forever to get back to inquiries sent through the portal, usually have to repeatedly call them or give them a visit to get a response. Community is pretty decently clean, some littering around and dumpsters fill up like crazy and smell, but clear up when garbage pickup happens. You can hear neighbors every now and then through the walls, especially the crying or arguments that are loud. Parking availability is great though, always a spot nearby. Basically you get what you pay for, so if you're just looking for a place to live on a budget, this community is good.
