submitted by Shahidul A. - |Recommended: YesKnow your pros and cons. — Overall neighborhood and service is acceptable for the price, while I had to face some issues which made the living experience in Hunters crossing below par. The kitchen sink suffers clogging on a continual basis. Very often the drain water comes back up from the drainage of the sink and leaves gooey residue in the kitchen sink. The maintenance is notified umpteen times, and all they do is clean up the clog, say that the passage is smaller than necessary, and leave. This needed a more lasting solution, but the maintenance is negligent about it. The ceiling has leaks. Couple of times the bathroom and the utility room leaked water from the ceiling, nothing is done. The garbage area is a little smaller compared to the number of tenants. Trash piles up daily, and one of them is in front of my kitchen keeping me from opening my kitchen window. Response of the maintenance team is good, but they are good for petty issues. Major problems are poorly dealt. The ceiling has a poor sound insulation. I have to suffer from evening to midnight the loud thuds of kids jumping, creaks of footsteps, and sound of gossip and partying even at late nights . I have to use white noise for work sleep at night.

submitted by Ethan G. - |Recommended: YesNot terrible, mostly quiet area — The living aspect itself isn't bad. Apartments are spacious and there isn't much issue with appliances themselves. Older type of complex so the apartments have wear and tear. Noise is the big problem. Walls are super thin and you can hear just about everything that goes on. Community itself is nice. People keep to themselves mostly and its generally quiet around the grounds. Parking can be a pain in the rear as there isn't many spaces to park from time to time. Utilities can be pricy as most of the are not included in rent. Tip Budget wisely.

submitted by Samantha B. - |Recommended: YesDecent — it’s very do able for the price and location is honestly not bad. Depends on who your neighbors are in your building, and where your building is located because there usually a lot of foot traffic through the building. Parking ABSOLUTELY SUCKS in certain areas. YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS CONSTANTLY

submitted by Neyshlian R. - |Recommended: YesAverage — I can hear all the noise from my neighbors upstairs and it’s so annoying.
submitted by Felicia B. - |Recommended: NoOkay — The apartment is fine if a bit expensive for what it is. Maintenance people are nice but it tends to be slow. The management does not do well responding to messages from the residents.
submitted by Adrian E. - |Recommended: YesLoving home — It depends on what building you are. If you are close to multiple buildings you get to see, hear, and know people. If you are in a building that is far from others you get peace, quiet and you have space for parking . Pet friendly, but be careful with big dogs .I wish that we had security codes to get in the main building. I live in a building where people tend to go inside for short cuts. It can be 11 pm and you can here people going in and out the building and they are not the neighbors that live in the building, but other people that live in a diferent building. I wish there was sign of no smoking inside buildings. When I'm in my own bathroom I tend to smell smoke and as if someone is smoking Marijuana. I don't like that because I have asma, and I can even smell it through the air conditioners. But other than that I love it here.
