|Recommended: YesThe floors and pipes need to be updated — I was excited to move here, but it’s only been a month and I’ve been unhappy. I am literally up right now at 12 30 am writing this review as I was awoken by my upstairs neighbor. He She paces stomps up and down their bedroom between 12am- 3am every night and it’s so loud. Feels like a pounding headache. The floor creeks all the time. The pipes wake me up too sometimes when someone upstairs flushes the toilet at night. I’m always tired in the mornings and it’s beginning to affect my work. I’ve complained but I don’t think anything was done or said. When you walk into the building of the leasing office, it always smell so clean and fresh, but my building smells awful all of the time and looks dirty. Before I moved in, I was told that the door latch will be put on the door for extra security but that was never done. I’ve put in two work orders but no one’s come to take care of it. My lease is for 14 months, but If I constantly have to lay awake at night for hours waiting for the person upstairs to stop pacing stomping to go back to sleep, I’ll opt for early termination of the lease.

We ended up going for an upgraded unit, but was not told we were only getting a partial upgrade instead of a new one. Our floor leaked after the rain that day and when we went back to the office for solutions we were told you can be refunded and find somewhere else , which we all know right now is difficult. They told us the floors was because of the sump pump but nothing ever came of that the floors still leak when it rains hope we don't end up like that condo in Miami . I like to think we pay pretty decent money for this place to be half fixed when we move in with light switches and outlets painted over 100x. And management is well aware about the flooding issues because the company they hire is always out to dry the carpets. The man working for them even told us not to get a basement unit, but we have no choice. Other than that there is a part of the parking lot that looks like the concrete caved in that is tapped off but it never seems like anything is being done about it. There is also a torn up piece of ground about 20ft past that. With cars having to go around it sometimes it makes for unsafe driving situations. The dumpster outside also is constantly overflowing and spreading into the grass and the parking lot. Other than that maintenance has been timely for issues
