We’re Pet-Friendly! We allow our residents to have up to two pets with no weight restrictions. You and your furry friends have plenty of space to roam around in the community, as well as in our Bark Park.
We have great amenities. We have everything from our resort-style pool to our 24-hour fitness center. We also have a Wi Fi resident lounge/business cafe, sundeck by the pool, play ground, jogging trail through the county park, and a Bark Park.
Hunters Crossing is in a great location. We’re close to the University of Delaware, Christiana Hospital, Christiana Mall, and we’re just minutes from downtown Wilmington. We’re close to Interstate 95 as well as to many major employers such as the University of Delaware (whether you’re a faculty member or a student) and Christiana Care Center for Heart & Vascular Health.
We also suggest visiting some of the great parks near your home. Try out the Stafford Park, Lumbrook Park, Glasgow Park, White Clay Creek State Park, Newark Reservoir, or Iron Hill Park. You can find all kinds of sports fields and activities at these parks to enjoy.
